MAP06: Wasted! is the sixth map of Revolution!. It was designed by Thomas van der Velden (t.v.). When played with the Revolution! MIDI Pack, this level uses a music of the same name, "Wasted," composed by Adam Post (Doomkid).

- From the plus-shaped nukage room in the middle of the map, go up the stairs to the northwest and south to the block with the stimpack to hear a door open behind you. Enter this room quickly to find a partial invisibility and shotgun shells. (sector 115)
- From the plus-shaped nukage room on the right side, go up the northwest stairs to where you see a box of shotgun shells and two medikits. Look west from there and open the wall here to get more shotgun shells and a green armor. (sector 116)
- Along the crescent-shaped area at the north end of the map, look towards the inward curve to spot a lever switch tucked in one of the walls on the right side of the curve. Flip it to open a nearby room with a rocket and a stimpack. (sector 117)
- Along the crescent-shaped area at the north end of the map, look towards the inward curve to spot a lever switch tucked in one of the walls on the left side of the curve. Flip it to open a nearby room with a stimpack and a computer area map. (sector 118)
