MAP07: Dead Simple II is the seventh map of The Darkening. It was designed by Nick Baker (NiGHTMARE) and uses the music track "Into The Fray" by David Shaw (Tolwyn) from MAP02: The Feeding Pit (Memento Mori II).

SecretsEdit

  1. The sector around the red key counts as a secret. Remember to enter this sector before revealing the steps to the key. (sector 102)
  2. In the room to the left of the starting point, take the southeast lift up and shoot the skull switch to find a chaingun. The switch inside actually closes the door, although you can shoot it again to open it. (sector 28)
  3. Grabbing the blue key reveals two closets to your sides with shotgun guys inside. A wall in the southern closet has a bloody pentagram marking on it. Open this wall for a green armor. (sector 129)
