MAP07: Grievous Genetics is the seventh map of Nerves of Steel. It was designed by Mike MacDee (Impie) and uses the music track "Nick's Bass is OLD" from Duke Nukem: Total Meltdown.

Secrets[edit]
- In the northwest hall, head to the east side and open the south wall that juts out to get a medikit. (sector 79)
- Opening Secret #1 opens the north wall with a box of shotgun shells and boxes of ammo. (sector 80)
- In the courtyard at the northeast end, go through the west wall and open the door to get a box of shotgun shells, energy cells, and a red key. (sector 110)
- After you get the red key in Secret #3, head to the start and open the south wall to get medikits and a redstone seeker. (sector 164)
- In Secret #4, push a brick on the side of the sign, then head to the southeast area. Use the switch there and cross the bridge to the center to get a nuclear missile launcher. (sector 153)
