MAP07: Mind Screw at the Cemetery Complex is the seventh map of MAYhem 2019. It was designed by Redead-ITA and Ilya Lazarev (joe-ilya), and uses the music track "Raw Hatred," composed by Sam Woodman (Metabolist) for Hell Revealed II.

Secrets[edit]
- At the start, go to the door, then look east and you will find a switch on the north end of the block with the blood pouring on it. Flip it, then use the door. In the next room a dark passage is to the west. Take it all the way to a lift and ride it up to get to a super shotgun. (sector 53)
- In the same room past the door mentioned above, go to the door to the east and open it. When you do, quickly run to the southeast corner and get the chaingun. You will be warped to a new area. Leave this area and head for the southwest alcove before it closes to get a radiation suit and a berserk sphere. This alcove's door is tied with the door leading into the room, so if you miss it just open the door back to the previous room and run to the alcove where the chaingun is again. (sector 270)
