MAP07: Simply Dead is the seventh map of Slaughterfest 2012. It was designed by Steve Muller (Kyka) and uses the music track "Shawn's Got the Shotgun" from Doom II.

Secrets
- Press the eye switch at the southeast end of the fourth layer of the map to open a closet at the northeast end of the same layer with lots of ammo. Open the east wall in that closet to find medikits, a megaarmor, health bonuses, and a computer area map. (sector 89)
- Press the eye switch at the southeast end of the fourth layer of the map to open a closet at the northwest end of the same layer with lots of ammo. Open the west wall in that closet to find rockets and a light amplification visor. (sector 138)
- After using the eye switch at the northwest end of the first layer of the map, you will open the way to the fifth layer. Head west from there, then slightly northwest to the hall connecting the fourth and fifth layers, then open the south wall to find a shotgun, a rocket launcher, a green armor, a plasma gun, medikits, a chaingun, a soul sphere, and lots of ammo. (sector 68)
- Press the eye switch at the southwest end of the fifth layer of the map to lower an area a bit to the north. In that small hall, look at the doors on the west wall and use the one with the UAC logo under it to find a megasphere. (sector 247)
- In the same area that Secret #4 is in, flip the switch inside. Make your way to the east side of the fifth layer, then a bit south you should find a teleporter in the blood. Take it to a small room that has a lever switch and two tiny switches next to it. Make sure to flip the lever switch (for this secret) but also one of the tiny switches next to it (for the next one). After flipping the lever switch, return to the area where Secret #4 was and the switch there is now gone. Press on the wall where it once was to find a megasphere. (sector 113)
- After flipping one of the tiny switches mentioned above, take the northeast teleporter in the fifth layer to return to the first layer of the map. Head west until you get to the fourth layer, then a bit north to find a medikit and a switch. (sector 86)
- Flip the switch in Secret #6 and return to the central layer. Two of the columns here are now lowered, revealing a light amplification visor and an invulnerability. Both columns count as one secret. (sector 123)
- After opening up the exit teleporter in the outermost layer, head northeast of the exit teleporter to find a switch. After using it, head southwest and the corner wall between the fifth and sixth layers has lowered. You can get an invulnerability, medikits, a soul sphere, and boxes of shotgun shells here. (sector 111)
