Secrets

  1. Head straight up the stairs from the starting point and to the left side of the damaging blue floor is a wall with the "RADIATION" symbol on it. Open it to find a radiation suit, and look out for the spectre that attacks here as well. (sector 51)
  2. North of Secret #1 is a ledge with a switch at the top. To get it, you will need the key from Secret #12, then go east from there and southeast until you reach this ledge. The switch raises some steps to the east, take them up and press the silver wall. The next switch has a lift leading to a megasphere. (sector 491)
  3. Open the door to the left of the starting point, then press on the wall to the south. Jump across and follow the trail of armor bonuses to a computer area map (which only appears on Ultra-Violence or higher). (sector 683)
  4. On the eastern end of the map through a path with "1" preceding it, go all the way east and flip the switch here. This switch lowers the nearby walls. On the north side, find the wall with the electricity symbols on it to get a berserk pack. (sector 1147)
  5. At the northeast part of the damaging blue-floored area, you can find a soul sphere behind a metal column. (sector 1223)
  6. At the northeast part of the map, a zombieman stands on a pedestal with a rocket launcher. To get it, climb the nearby steps to the southwest, and where the "3" is, jump to the metal block and then jump to the pedestal with the rocket launcher. You can also reach this secret after flipping the switch on the "2" path; when the barrier lowers, jump across. (sector 1270)
  7. In the damaging blue-floored region, go all the way to the northwest corner to find a small passage leading to shotgun shells. (sector 1971)
  8. Open the wall in Secret #7 to reach a small room with a stimpack. Use the switch here to reveal a cacodemon (spectre on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower) on the left side, and flip the switch in that alcove to lower a megaarmor. (sector 1979)
  9. A small room southeast of where the circular crosswalk is holds a switch to raise up the north walkway. There is a secret in the northeast corner of this room, which you can open to find two health bonuses and a backpack. (sector 1996)
  10. Take the door directly north of the starting point, which is actually a lift. Ride it up, then go east, using the wall at the end. Now go up and all the way around where two tech pillars hide a gargoyle switch. Shoot it, then go through the passage in the middle to the next switch. After flipping it, go straight south and collect the partial invisibility. (sector 2300)
  11. At the southeast end of the map, raise a bridge so you can reach the next area, which has several pumps. Look to the damaged wall to the south and press on the green side of it, then go southwest and onto the blue floor. Head east from here, all the way until you reach a teleporter. This teleporter takes you to another switch, allowing you a different vantage point at the southeasternmost room. (sector 2440)
  12. In the room west of the rising and lowering blocks (the one with the word "OOPS" on the floor), press the switch in the northeast corner to lower it, then press on the translucent part of the wall to lower the gray block to the west. Out here, you will find the red key. (sector 2482)
