MAP09: Belly of the Beast is the ninth map of Interception II. It was designed by Matthew D. (The Mysterious Moustachio), Stuart Rynn (stewboy), Pegleg, NuclearPotato and DFF, and uses the music track "Ghosts in the Walls" from the Rebirth MIDI Pack, composed by Stuart Rynn (stewboy).

SecretsEdit

  1. Take the door south of the starting point and follow the armor bonuses to a wall with slime. Open it and take a lift up, then quickly get the soul sphere before it closes (you have nine seconds from when you open the wall with slime before that wall closes). (sector 37)
  2. In the water area, there is a translucent wall just south of the blue door. Go through it and flip the switch. Head east and up the steps to the long hallway, where just across from the steps you can go outside and take a soul sphere. (sector 71)
  3. In the red key area, head to the leftmost block in the void to find a switch on the left side. Press it, then go through the east door and head north to get a medikit, energy cells, and a plasma gun. (sector 560)
