MAP09: Techbase Terror is the ninth map of SlayeR. It was designed by Richard Wiles and uses the music track "Sadistic" by L.A. Sieben, from TNT: Evilution.

Walkthrough

Map of Techbase Terror

Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets

1. Enter the dark nukage tunnel near the northern section of the map. There are several brown columns in this tunnel. From the entrance of the tunnel looking westward, press on the northern side of the first column on the south, which will lower the furthest column on the north. This column contains a megaarmor. (sector 134)
2. At the northeast end of the map is a dark hall that leads to a computer panel that opens the door to the red key. Near this panel, one of the crates has a switch on it. Push this switch and run north up the steps to the open door to find some ammo. (sector 133)
3. In the room just before the yellow key, lower the south wall for a switch. Flip this switch and head back to the room with lava, east from the switch. A BFG9000 is accessible at the southern end of this room. (sector 132)
