MAP09: Valley of the Queen is the ninth map of the megawad Scythe 2. It was designed by Erik Alm and uses the music track EGYP3.MID from Hexen II.

WalkthroughEdit
EssentialsEdit
At the start, drop down the ledge and climb up the stairs slightly to your left into the building in front. Go around the central structure and flip the switch on the opposite side of the entrance. You can now enter the inner room and press the switch inside. Exit the building and at the bottom of the stairs turn left. Continue forward and when you're directly in front of a waterfall turn left again. Proceed straight ahead until you see a waterfall to your right: approach it and flip the switch next to it. Turn around and use both sets of stairs to get out of the water. Cross the bridge and move straight forward to exit the level.
SecretsEdit
- After dropping onto the ground level from the starting area, walk to the eastern part of the first valley until you find a waterfall. Behind it, you will find a plasma gun and an energy cell pack. (sector 140)
- From the western side of the first valley, climb up the steps to the berserk pack. From there, slowly drop to the south until you reach the super shotgun and a box of shotgun shells (it is also possible to go up the steps to the building and strafejump to the west to reach this secret as well). (sector 45)
