MAP10: South of Hell is the tenth map of Doomworld Mega Project 2017. It was designed by riderr3 and uses the music track "Raise the Dead" by Bathory, sequenced to MIDI.

Secrets[edit]

  1. At the start, head to the eastern side of the level where a rising and lowering platform with a chaingun is. Ride it to the top. On this platform, jump to the block with the health bonus on it, and the next block with a health bonus will briefly lower. Run to it and collect it, repeating this process as you make your way west to the red building southwest of the starting point, into a new entrance of the building that opens up. Go northeast and press the switch to remove the bars and collect the megaarmor at the end. Then, exit the building and enter from the northeast end, where you will find two staircases. The left one was blocked earlier, but now you can take it up. At the top, a switch is at the window, which raises some steps leading south. Take them to that area and go all the way south to a damaging moat with imps and a floating skull rock. Going towards the skull rock will net you the secret, with a radiation suit, a medikit, a soul sphere, and an energy cell. (sector 60)
  2. At the red key tower, go to the southwest end of the tower (just south from the lift that leads to the red key itself) and slowly drop off to a soul sphere. (sector 67)
  3. Enter the fenced-in area at the southwest part of the map and enter the southwest building. Climb the steps at the west side and near the switch, hug the north wall as it goes up. At the top, jump from the window to the top of the blood fountain with health bonuses and a megaarmor. (sector 76)
  4. You can enter the building to the north of the starting point using a door at its west end, which is covered with vines. Inside, press the satyr switch and take the lift up, then you will find two openings in the wall. The first one you come to has a drop-off point, but also another opening just beyond that drop-off. Make a well-timed jump through this opening to reach this secret, containing health bonuses and a super shotgun. (sector 251)
  5. At the start, head to the eastern side of the level where a rising and lowering platform with a chaingun is. Ride it to the top. On this platform, jump to the block with the health bonus on it, and the next block with a health bonus will briefly lower. Run to it and collect it, repeating this process as you make your way west to the red building southwest of the starting point, into a new entrance of the building that opens up. Go northeast and press the switch to remove the bars and collect the megaarmor at the end. Then, exit the building and enter from the northeast end, where you will find two staircases. The left one was blocked earlier, but now you can take it up. At the top, take another set of steps to a medikit and slowly drop off outside to reach a ledge with armor bonuses and an energy cell.   6. Enter the northwest building through the demon mouth entrance, then go through the western corridor. Take the lift up and at the top shoot the skull to the west to open a compartment behind you containing spectres and supplies. (sector 345)
  7. Enter the northwest building through the demon mouth entrance, then go through to the room to the south. Press the switches here to reveal an arch-vile and a lift, then as this lift rises, hug the north wall until you end up in a passage. Here, press on the west wall to reveal a megaarmor and health bonuses. (sector 386)
  8. Once you finish with the dark room near the end, approach the exit door, then go back to the center of the room. At the south end, you can take a portal that leads back to the main area, on a rock to the southeast, containing several supplies. (sector 442)
