MAP11: A Cold Day in Hell is the eleventh map of MAYhem 2012. It was designed by Matt Powell (cannonball) and uses the music track "Somewhere Over the Horizon," originally composed by Mark Klem for Requiem.

Walkthrough

Map of A Cold Day in Hell

Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets

1. Go up the spiral staircase until you reach the west end, then open the west wall to find a megaarmor, ammo clips, and a rocket. (sector 55)
2. From the blue key platform, jump northeast to the top of the wall with the face on it. Open the north wall there to get a medikit, a rocket, and a rocket launcher. (sector 59)
3. After you get the yellow key, return to the middle of the spiral staircase, where the south wall will be open. Open the wall with the candle in front of it to find a switch. Use that switch to open walls to the sides containing a megaarmor, a box of rockets, an energy cell pack, and a plasma gun. (sector 153)
