MAP11: Hellcore is the eleventh map of Hellcore 2.0. It was designed by Devon West (Darkfyre) and uses the music track "".

Secrets[edit]

  1. In the red area at the northeastern part of the map (the one with a blood fountain), open the northern door and press the wall straight ahead for a secret room. (sector 1540) This secret room seems to serve no purpose, but if you go west of the secret room and up the stairs, you will eventually find a bookshelf, and a golden key on this bookshelf. Press use on the bookshelf to pick up the key and return to the secret room. You can use the golden key on the switch to do two things. The first is to reveal a soul sphere at the top of the blood fountain. The second is to crush some cyberdemons who would teleport later on.
  2. If you go west of your starting point, three big doors open up revealing cyberdemons. Go to the southern room here, and on a small desk you can find an energy cell pack and a blue key. Like with the golden key, press use on this one to pick it up. After that, enter the room to the north. Next to the bookshelf on the eastern side, you can spot a wall in metal frames. Press this wall for a secret room. (sector 1914) Just like the previous secret, if you have a proper key (blue this time), you can use the switch here to reveal a berserk pack in the middle of the intersection.
  3. When you step onto the platform with the BFG9000 in the central arena, you will not only open walls around you but also reveal a supply depot near your starting point. Press the switch at the eastern wall where the red key is to open up the bars back to the starting area, then enter the depot. In addition to the supplies provided here, there is also a silver key that you can pick up just like the other ones. After doing that, proceed with the level until you reach the exit room. Look to the right of the exit (south) to once again find metal frames around a wall. Like above, press the wall, enter the secret area (sector 1877), and press the switch if you have the key. A megasphere will appear in front of the exit.
