- In the hub, use the keyboard at the southeast end, which reveals a green armor and a health bonus in the room. The health bonus is the secret. (thing 292)
- Take the blue door in the hub and take the lift down to a teleporter. Go to the lever switch here and open the north wall to find another switch, which will reveal a path to the west with rockets and energy cells. (sector 544)
- At the end of Secret #1, open the south wall with squares and take the teleporter to get a super shotgun. (sector 140)
- In the switch area past the red door, defeat the boss and head to the north end of the room. Use the switch, get on the blocks, then jump to the southwest part to get a backpack. (thing 197)
- In the big room on the green path, lower the lift and press on the northeast wall. Follow the path to a chaingun and ammo clips. (sector 132)
- In the nukage room in the green area, head to the northeast side where the platforms are and open the north wall to get a radiation suit. (thing 28)
- After draining the nukage in the green area, return to the section that had a canal through it and go north to get a megaarmor. (sector 381)
- After pressing the final hub switch, enter the portal and go behind the portal to find a megasphere. (thing 251)
