MAP13: Subterrainia is the thirteenth map of Vile Flesh. It was designed by Gwyn Williams, who also composed the level's untitled music track, which is also used in MAP27: Dimension Shift.

SecretsEdit
- Grabbing the red key triggers two alcoves with revenants in them. Enter the left alcove and press on the left wall to raise the alcove up. At the top, walk through the north wall to reach a secret area. A computer area map and energy cell packs are inside. (sector 422)
- As you go down the hall to the right of the red key room, you will see a light amplification visor. The path closes off as you approach it and a big room is revealed at the same time. Enter the corridor north of the big room and press on a wall to the west to get the light amplification visor. (sector 558)
- In the dark room to the south of the circular lava pit, use the door to the west and take the steps up. Press on the vent to find a super shotgun. (sector 566)
