MAP16: Teleportarium is the sixteenth map of NOVA: The Birth. It was designed by Paul D and uses an untitled music track by nub_hat.

Walkthrough
Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets
- At the dead end of Secret #3, open the wall to find a lost soul and a megaarmor. (sector 180)
- Enter the complex and head for the northeast corner. Open the wall with the cross on it to find health bonuses and a green armor. (sector 198)
- Enter the small room on the right side of the map with the two switches. Shoot the skull switch to reveal a passageway with lost souls, armor bonuses, and a berserk pack. (sector 222)
- In the yellow key room, fall into the nukage then go through the nukagefall at the southwest end, picking up health bonuses and taking out former humans as you go. At the end, you will get a plasma gun. Note that this secret becomes inaccessible once you use the switch behind the red door. (sector 261)
Bugs
An imp (Thing 860) in the westernmost alcove has no flags set for any of the three difficulty classes, so it does not actually appear in the level.
