  1. At the second toe from the right, grab the megasphere to open up the back passage containing an arch-vile and lost souls. Use the arch-vile to jump up to the high ledge, then climb up the steps to get a BFG9000. (sector 150)
  2. Open the green wall at the leftmost toe to get a soul sphere. (sector 197)
