Two seconds after the level starts, the floor will rise and carry you up to a room with four [[mancubi]]; use the [[super shotgun]] in front of you as well as a [[rocket launcher]] at the south end of the room to kill them, then press the satyr [[switch]] on the south wall to open the east and west doors, which have [[cacodemon]]s waiting behind them. Take the right (north) path at the junction and go round the corner to find two cacodemons guarding another satyr switch, push it to lower a platform with the red skull key then then quickly go back to the junction and take the south path to reach the key (guarded by two more cacodemons) before it rises again. Taking the key will open a compartment behind you with four revenants, as well as spawning knights and a mancubus on the path back to the starting room.

MAP18: Deprivation is the eighteenth map of Simplicity. It was designed by Melissa McGee (Agent Spork) and uses the music track "Untitled", originally created by Robert Prince for Doom. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 4:00.

Essentials

Two seconds after the level starts, the floor will rise and carry you up to a room with four mancubi; use the super shotgun in front of you as well as a rocket launcher at the south end of the room to kill them, then press the satyr switch on the south wall to open the east and west doors, which have cacodemons waiting behind them.
