MAP19: Waffles is the nineteenth map of Slaughterfest 2011. It was designed by Sebastian Graham (General Rainbow Bacon) and j4rio, and uses the music track "".

Secrets
- At the hall on the east side, press on the swastika banner to find a chaingun and ammo clips. (sector 43)
- Head south from the previous secret to the energy cell pack and a wall with zombiemen will lower. Get on that wall to lower the wall to the west with a rocket launcher and rockets. (sector 52)
- Entering Secret #2 lowers a wall to the north with a revenant, health bonuses, and armor bonuses. (sector 53)
- Head west from Secret #2 into the corridor. At the midpoint the north wall will lower revealing lost souls, energy cells and a soul sphere. (sector 55)
- Head a bit east from the starting point, then south and west. Follow that path to the west side and the wall with imps and a berserk pack will lower. The area to the south with a cacodemon and an energy cell pack is the secret. (sector 67)
- Head a bit east from the starting point, then south until you see a door with red skull markings. Use it to open the wall behind you with spectres and energy cells. The alcove to the north has two plasma guns. (sector 72)
- Head a bit east from the starting point, then south to the brighter corner of the wall. Open the corner to get a soul sphere and a megaarmor. (sector 74)
- After opening up the north wall with the mancubus, zombiemen, and barrels, go there to find two switches. Use the one on the right to lower some walls to the south, with more barrels and a cacodemon. Go to the middle of that area, then after you do, head back to the north wall and head southeast, where a column has lowered with a Hell knight and a megasphere. Get the megasphere on the column.
