MAP20: Metal Migrane is the twentieth map of Not Even Remotely Fair. It was designed by Benchy and uses the music track "Metal Migraine" by Peter Lawrence (MegaSphere) and James Paddock (Jimmy). The par time is 3:15.

Secrets[edit]
- In the center of the map, take the northwest lift up and jump southeast to a pit that has a megaarmor. (sector 742)
- In the yellow key room, go to the switch, then look northwest for a button. Quickly run into the room after pressing the button to get a BFG9000. (sector 1728)
- At the exit, open the three color bars at the northeast end to get a chainsaw. (sector 4156)
