MAP21: Flesh Mill is the twenty-first map of Vile Flesh. It was designed by Gwyn Williams, who also composed the level's untitled music track.

Secrets[edit]

  1. In the walkway over blood on the left side of the map, after opening the northwest door, go through and press on the eastern light fixture twice. This will reveal a passage leading down to stimpacks, a box of rockets, and a backpack. (sector 235)
  2. Once you get the red key, follow the path behind the red door until you reach a lift. To the left of the lift, press on the wall with the vent above it. Some shotgun guys and/or chaingunners (depending on your skill setting) will ambush you from a room with stimpacks and a megaarmor. (sector 379)
  3. In Secret #2, open the door into the cage and press on the flesh wall on the left. You will find a tucked-away switch. Shoot it and leave the secret. A room to the north with a mancubus guarding rockets and a box of ammo will be revealed. (sector 396)
  4. After the blood pool area with the crushers, you will be in a large area on the northeast end of an S-shaped hallway. To the right of the three rockets, you can press on a wall to find a hidden passage that leads all the way to a megasphere. (sector 750)
  5. Exit the S-shaped hallway area via the northwest door, and you should be at a fork. Turn right and climb the first set of steps. At the inner bend, use the wall here to find health bonuses and a light amplification visor. (sector 633)
  6. In the blue key area, there is an indented wall to the north of the entrance. Use it for a secret passage leading up and around to ammo and a berserk pack. (sector 812)
  7. There is a gargoyle switch inside Secret #6. Pressing it opens it, but also reveals a switch to the west. Press that switch and run through to the south through the new corridor ahead. This will allow you to reach the platform with the invulnerability and partial invisibility you saw earlier. (sector 821)
