  1. Go through the first door you see on the right, and then through another door past a pain elemental. Reach for the fourth alcove that you see on the right and press on a wall to reveal a radiation shield, which might be useful in the lava filled red skull key cavern. (thing 342)
  2. Past that alcove, go forward and then right and go up the stairs. In the room with the blue door here, press on the wall behind all the bloody guts to access a corridor containing eight armor bonuses and a soulsphere. (sector 324)

  12. After lowering the platform that holds the red key, some barons of Hell will appear in the large lava-filled cave. If you go back to the entrance of this section, and check the small cave that has opened from where one of the barons came from, you will notice a wall that's sitting between two lit crevices. Press it to reveal a secret containing five armor bonuses, four shotgun shells, a box of bullets, a medikit and an energy cell pack. (sector 599)

  22. Back at the starting point, take the left fork in the road and go through the red door, and make it all the way to the back and down the lift. Here, to your right, you will spot a demonic face with glowing eyes. Press it to reveal a hidden cache with an energy cell pack and a computer area map. (thing 99)

  24. In the southwestern room, one of the rocky walls to the west, near the bottom, is actually a fake wall that leads to three boxes of rockets, two medikits, a box of shotgun shells and a box of bullets. (sector 664)
