MAP22: Dead Echo is the twenty-second map of Speed of Doom. It was designed by Darkwave0000 and uses the music track "E1M8". The par time is unknown.

- In the central room, go on the far left, in the red bloody and rocky cave. Enter in blood falls for two energy cell packs.
- On the way to the red key, open a marble grinning face (linedef #162) and grab two boxes of rockets.
- Walk this way, kill the lonely cacodemon (where you need to shoot a far away skull), go down, use a skull (linedef #1990) and wear a megaarmor.
