MAP23: Mucupurulent Offal Grinder is the twenty-third map of 32in24-5, a deathmatch megawad. It was designed by Mephisto and joe_, and uses the music track "Ruska" by Apocalyptica, sequenced to MIDI.

Player spawns[edit]
This level contains four spawn points, all of which get a super shotgun on spawn:
- In the side room branching off of the west hall, facing north. (thing 31)
- In the east room, facing north. Close to the green armor. (thing 32)
- In the north room, at the top of the stairs, facing south. Close to the rocket launcher. (thing 33)
- In the side room branching off of the south hall, facing west. Closest spawn to the BFG9000. (thing 34)
