MAP26: Main Laboratory II is the twenty-sixth map of STRAIN. It was designed by Holger Nathrath, Charlie Patterson and Eric Roberts, and uses the music track " ".

Walkthrough
Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets
- In the yellow key room, drop to the nukage and use the wall with the skull to the northeast to get rockets and an ammo clip. (sector 167)
- In the southernmost room, go to the southern end and open up the middle wall to get a rocket launcher (not on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower). (sector 56)
- In the previous secret, use the northern lift for an NFG. (sector 57)
- At the south end of the southernmost room, press on the column with the gray side on its south end to get a battery. (sector 196)
- In the room past the blue key door, an arrow of health bonuses points to a wall. Open it and go up to get ammo clips, a rocket, and a soul sphere. (sector 158)
- In the room past the blue key door, open the door and use the skull switch to the north. Go back to the southernmost room and step on the red square at the east end to teleport to a megaarmor. (sector 36)
