MAP28: Gehirn is the twenty-eighth map of A.L.T.. It was designed by Michailo Kolybenko (Azamael) and uses the music track "Fantasy" by Kevin Schilder from Hexen: Beyond Heretic.

Trivia

• The title of this level, "Gehirn", means "brain" in German. Additionally, similarly to the name of MAP01: Seele, "Gehirn" is the name of an organization in the anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion.
