  1. Up the elevator after the crushers, a path to the right leads to a berserk. (sector 4097)
  2. A switch hidden to the right of the BFG and plasma gun pillar lowers a megasphere in a trench near the yellow switch. (sector 2794)
  3. Near the yellow key, fall down to a ledge and shoot a switch to open a teleporter up the left branch of the stairs. (sector 4117)
  4. The exit teleporter from secret #3 provides two megaspheres. (sector 225)
  5. In the cathedral arena, a secret switch is hidden in the upper gallery. (sector 4119)
