MAP31: Ophiuchus is the first secret map of Zodiac. It was designed by J.M. Aldunate (TOTH) and uses the music track "".

Secrets[edit]
- In the southeast area, head west on the main bridge and jump to the lava to the north when you are in the middle. Follow the path up and take the lift to a soul sphere. (sector 323)
- West of Secret #1 is a window in the northwest corner with at least one arch-vile. Use it to jump to the window to get an invulnerability. (sector 48)
- See Secret #2. This is a small step but it is not possible to register due to its size. (sector 174)
- In the same red area, head to the southwest side to get a soul sphere. (sector 90)
- Head north from the previous secret to open the northwest and southwest closets. Enter the southwest closet to get a megaarmor and energy cell packs. (sector 178)
- Enter the northwest closet to get energy cell packs and a soul sphere. (sector 146)
- Get the yellow key and teleport to the northeast to get an invulnerability. (sector 17)
- See Secret #7. This secret is also inaccessible as a teleport line prevents you from getting it. (sector 16)
- In the blue area, head to the west side and shoot the wall behind the smallest torch. Afterwards, teleport to the Cancer symbol and head north to a soul sphere. (sector 336)
