Secrets

  1. When you reach the inside of the pyramid at the northeast part of the map, you will notice the squares in the 5x5 grid in the pyramid will sink when you step on any of them. At the southwest wall near the square second from the bottom, if you use the wall here, you will reveal one of the three secret stars for reaching the secret exit. Note that the wall lowers to the level of the squares before they sink, and also take note that the wall rises up again after some time. In order to get the star, you need to first reset the squares if necessary, then run along the south wall, then trigger the wall as you run north, keeping momentum so you have enough squares to traverse and are not sinking down. When you can, jump to the opening to get the star. (sector 96)
  2. Make sure the color switch is set to red before getting this secret. Near the entrance to the pyramid, head up the rocky steps to the west and angle a jump to the square hill on your left. Get up on the next hill, then sully onto the next block on your left. From there, jump south onto the next block and then onto the red barrier. Head to the west end of the red barrier, then make a jump towards the hills to the north and climb them up. From there, jump towards the tree and then towards the green star for the secret. (sector 320)
  3. When you make your way past the red barrier in the southeast part of the map, instead of going north and up the hill, look south in the sand and press on the wall to open a hidden area. In this square chamber of sand, your goal is to reach the left side of the golden column, which is the only side of that column that lowers it. To do so, follow the path you see on the ceiling from the start of this room until you reach the column. You will notice that the path eventually winds southward. If you keep going in that direction, you will fall further into the sand and will have to start over. Go a bit south from where the column is and make a jump west, but do not go too far. When you are just southwest of the column, head a bit north and then you can use the column as a lift. At the top you will find one of the green stars for the secret level. (sector 333)
