MAP32: Ossuarium Exoterre is the second secret map of Ancient Aliens. It was designed by Paul DeBruyne (skillsaw) and uses the music track "Birdsong," composed by Stuart Rynn (stewboy).

- In the blue key area, you can go through one of the bloodfalls to find a teleporter where you will find medikits and boxes of rockets, as well as an arachnotron (on Hurt Me Plenty or higher) or imps (on lower skill levels). (sector 601)
- In the yellow key area, you can straferun through a bloodfall closest to where the key is to find a soul sphere. (sector 690)
