MAP43: Office by Night is the forty-third map of Doomworld Mega Project 2016. It was designed by Pinchy and uses the music track "Can't find the last slice of cake," composed by jmickle.

Secrets[edit]
- Press on the door behind your starting point to lower a lift to the northeast. Get on and grab the chaingun, medikit, and ammo clips. (sector 185)
- From the start, head north, then west to the cubicles. Head south and jump through the window from the desk to reach a secret courtyard with zombiemen, armor bonuses, a chaingun, and stimpacks. (sector 506)
- Jump out the window in Secret #1 and go southwest to find an arch-vile guarding a soul sphere and rockets. (sector 692)
- From the start, head north, then west to the cubicles. Go to the northeast cubicle and behind the desk to find a switch. Using it lowers the glass to the west and allows you to reach a megasphere and a box of rockets. (sector 799)
- At the exit staircase, to the south are several gray walls. Jump up to the middle one and it will lower. The secret room behind it has boxes of rockets and imps. (sector 1158)
