Walkthrough

Map of Price of Failure

Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets

1. Head north from the start then up the high rock to get armor bonuses and a green armor. (sector 138)
2. Head to the "666" on the east side of the map and go to the rightmost "6". On the top of this "6", run east, into the red light, keeping your momentum as you are lifted up. You should land on a higher rock. From here, go north to the rock that has ammo clips and a megasphere. (sector 325)
3. Head due north from Secret #1, then around the crater and continue north. At the edge, look below to get a soul sphere. (sector 354)
4. Head to the "666" on the east side of the map and go to the leftmost "6". On the top of this "6", run southwest, into the red light, keeping your momentum as you are lifted up. You should land on a high rock. From here, jump south to get rockets, health bonuses, a backpack, and a megaarmor. (sector 448)
5. At the northeast end, go through the east wall with health bonuses in front of it to find ammo clips and a teleporter. The teleporter takes you to soul sphere, a plasma gun, a chaingun, a berserk pack, partial invisibility, and backpacks. (sector 532)
