- In the starting room, get to the east side and open the dark green wall to the west to get boxes of shotgun shells, stimpacks, and rockets. (sector 77)
- In the waterway south of the starting point, get rid of the barrels at the north end and open the north wall to get boxes of shotgun shells, health bonuses, and a backpack. (sector 67)
- In the dead end north of the blue key, open the dead end wall to find rockets and medikits. (sector 53)
- In the megasphere room, use the west wall with the revenant to find a pistol. (sector 138)
- Go through the west wall in Secret #4 to get one hundred health bonuses. (sector 172)
- In the megasphere room, open the north wall to get shotgun shells and a computer area map. (sector 175)
- In the outside area, climb the mounds to the south and go through the wall where the arrow of armor bonuses points to find a berserk pack, a box of shotgun shells, and medikits. (sector 304)

- Press the switch in Secret #8 and return to secret #6. Open the north wall there to find shotgun shells and a portal to an arena with energy cell packs and a BFG9000. (sector 192)
- At the northeast end, you can see health bonuses in a ditch in the middle. You need to press the wall north of them to lower to it. (sector 336)
