Essentials

Kill the two zombiemen in front of you then collect the shotgun, which will spawn two demons to your left and right. Go up the steps to a locked door (requiring the red skull key) then look left and right to see paths going in both directions - you must follow each path past a demon and imps to a tan door, open it then push past some shotgun guys and a cacodemon to reach a satyr switch, which will lower a set of bars in the neighboring corridor. After pressing both switches, go back to the starting point and open the door here to find two cacodemons guarding the red key, pick it up then go back to the locked door and open it to confront two cacodemons and a shotgun guy who are blocking your way to the exit switch.
