Matt Cibulas, better known by his alias RottKing is a level designer, perhaps best known as the co-author of Double Impact, which won one of the 18th Annual Cacowards. His other work includes co-authoring the Medieval Texture Resource with Sarah Mancuso (esselfortium), which was used in many WADs during the late 2000s and early 2010s. He is also a member of the Back to Saturn X team and is a frequent contributor to the 32in24 series.
