Michailo Kolybenko (alias Azamael) is a Ukrainian Doom level designer who contributed to a number of community projects. He is best known for being the original author of A.L.T, which was featured in the Top 25 Missed Cacowards. He was a member of a now defunct Russian Doom clan called Clan [B0S].
