Omelet Face is a single-level PWAD for Doom II. It was designed by Malcolm Sailor in 1995 as part of his THREE KICK ASS WADS collection.

- Walk into the initial blood pit from the stairs - a window will open revealing a cacodemon (two on hard skill. The west side of this structure is a lift, allowing access to the top of the structure, where there is a medikit, 8 shotgun shells, and a box of bullets. (sector 17)
- From #1 it is possible to jump east to a ledge with a megaarmor. (sector 14)
- From #1 it is possible to jump north-west to a platform with a box of rockets. (sector 12)
