The pinky of Doom Eternal is a returning demon from Doom (2016). It appears identical to the previous variant, though it is likely that the destructible demons system could allow for its armor to be blown off, whereas the only way to do so in the previous game was via explosive barrels.
Pre-release
The pinky was first seen during the QuakeCon 2018 game play reveal, during the city level in where the super gore nest is located. It is seen charging at the player, using the same attack from Doom (2016).
