Possessed are a class of zombie-like monsters which appear in the 2016 Doom and in Doom Eternal. Variants of the possessed range from unarmed shambling cannon fodder to vicious, tactical warriors wielding deadly Argent plasma weapons and shotguns. Together, these monsters are analogues of the former humans of the original Doom series, and the zombies and Z-Secs of Doom 3.
