Secrets
- On entering the maze in the south-west from the north-western room near the start, turn left at the T-junction then left at the next junction. On the left is a darker section of wall, which is a secret door leading to an area with an armor (a megaarmor on medium skill), a chaingun, a box of shotgun shells, and a stimpack. (sector 127)
- In the room west of the large room with the tower surrounded by a moat, one of the crates is brown. Pressing it lowers it, revealing two armor bonuses (easy and hard skills only), a box of bullets (medium skill only), and a chainsaw. (sector 172)
- The back wall of #2 is a secret door leading to a box of bullets and a medikit (easy and medium skills) or a stimpack (hard skill). To the east of the box of bullets is a secret door leading to a box of shotgun shells, a stimpack, a shotgun, an energy cell pack, and a soul sphere (easy and medium skills) or a megaarmor (hard skill). (sector 169)
- On the west side of the large tower (in the moat) are two switches which lower lifts. One of the lifts allows access to the top of the tower, where there is a rocket launcher, some rockets (or a box of rockets on easy skill), a soul sphere, and a backpack. (sector 148)
- From the tower room, head north up the lift then turn right at the T-junction. After going through a door, the path splits into two. Shoot the pointed section of wall in the junction - it opens, revealing a corridor to a teleporter.(sector 229)
- After going through the teleporter in #5, go through a door ahead. On opening the next door, two adjacent doors will also open, revealing monsters. Shooting the back wall of the eastern room (which has a misaligned texture) opens up a corridor leading to an armor, a box of shotgun shells, a medikit, and a berserk. (sector 59)
- If you fall into the nukage north of the bridge to the exit, you can get out via a path in the north-west, which contains an armor and (on easy and medium skills) a stimpack. (sector 314)
- Approaching the switch which raises the bridge to the exit opens up a door in the path east of #7 which leads to a small room. A section of wall in this room has a different texture - it lowers on pressing, leading to a teleporter to a room overlooking the nukage with a medikit and a box of shotgun shells. (sector 355)
- Instead of going through the door leading to #8, continue south through the door and walk along the ledge to reach a soul sphere and a computer area map. (sector 378)
