Sacrament is a Doom II episode replacement for limit-removing source ports with .ogg music support by Clan B0S. It features new graphics such as textures and weapon sprites, some new sounds and most notably the aforementioned custom mostly .ogg soundtrack.

Its first version was released on 8 May 2011, and it was uploaded to the idgames archive as v1.1 on 6 June 2011, with drastic gameplay balance alterations to MAP10: Wood Prison and MAP11: Seaport as well as an additional endmap and other miscellaneous changes.

The plot follows a "Clan [B0S] fighter" as he wakes up from a nightmare into an apocalypse already in-progress. It is then gradually revealed that "the worthy" have already ascended to heaven, while everyone else have turned into bloodthirsty demons who are left to infight. He journeys into a now-desolate world, searching for answers as to what had happen, and why only he retained his humanity.

The episode was praised for its focus on atmosphere and setting, and its style served as a major influence for the Russian Doom community in the early and mid 2010s[1]. In 2018, the episode was featured in the Top 25 Missed Cacowards, and MAP02: Doxylamine Moon placed 34th in the Top 100 Most Memorable Maps.

While no official sequel was released by the clan, Lainos released two follow-ups to the story line: Doxylamine Moon: Overdose in 2011 and 5till L1 Complex in 2012.
