Sam.

Sam is a character from Doom Resurrection, an experimental flying, artificially intelligent drone created by Dr. Garret and given the task of assisting the player, a member of Bravo Team, in finding a way to escape the overrun base on Mars. Sam is capable of opening doors and hacking computers. The large blue computer screen is capable of displaying a series of prompts and messages, with which Sam communicates with the player.

Sam ultimately sacrifices itself to prop open a closing bulkhead door on the way to the dropship at the end of the game, but manages to transfer the recovered data about the invasion to the marine first.

Sam also appears, in destroyed form, as an Easter egg in Doom II RPG.
