Sarah Mancuso (alias esselfortium) is an American Doom level designer, texture artist, and musician.

She is best known as the lead developer of the Back to Saturn X series, for which she has contributed artwork, music, and level design. She was a level designer for Doom the Way id Did and its sequel, and is a regular participant in 32in24 speedmapping events. She is also credited with graphics design and beta testing work for the Eternity Engine.
