In the Doom movie Sarge's (Dwayne Johnson) sidearm is a Desert Eagle mark XIX (this model can fire different rounds from the .357-.50AE with sifferent barrels) .44 magnum. He most notably uses it to kill a mutated Dr. Carmack.
