The Sentinel Hammer, also called the Hellbreaker, is a likely legendary weapon which occurs in The Ancient Gods, Part Two, the second single-player expansion for Doom Eternal. It is given to the Doom Slayer by the Betrayer.

When used, the Sentinel Hammer deals damage in an area of effect close to the Slayer, which falters demons and causes them to drop bonus resources if they are then attacked with the flame belch, ice bomb, or grenade launcher. Using it requires charging via attacking enemy weak points or performing glory kills. Additional upgrades can be found for the Hammer as well.
