Slaughterfest 3 is a Boom-compatible megawad released in July 2018 consisting of 35 slaughter maps all designed to be played from a pistol start. The project was led by Zachary Stephens (Ribbiks), and was started in 2013 as a sequel to Slaughterfest 2011 and Slaughterfest 2012, but unlike its predecessors took five years to develop.

Custom weapon
The mod includes DEHACKED and sprite lumps that change the chainsaw into red-tainted BFG9000 with infinite ammo.
