A stimpack found in an alcove in TNT: Evilution MAP08: Metal.

A stimpack is an item that appears as a small white box with a red cross. Picking one up will increase the player's health by 10% up to a maximum of 100%.

Stimpacks are not included in the items percentage displayed at the end of each level.

Other versions

In the Xbox 360 and BFG Edition versions of the IWADs, the cross graphic is replaced with a red-and-white pill. This is due to the red cross symbol being protected under a treaty which disallows use in commercial products.
