Secrets

  1. Open the entrance door, then in the hall, look up at the west wall. Shoot the switch there to get a berserk pack, a shotgun, and a green armor (the shotgun and the green armor do not appear on Hurt Me Plenty). (sector 1366)
  2. Head a bit north from Secret #1 and look at the lights at the east wall. There is a switch south of the lights that you can shoot. Shoot it to open a corridor below which has energy cells as well as barons of Hell and an arch-vile on higher skill settings. (sector 1333)
  3. Leave the corridor in Secret #2 to the south, then in the field, break the wooden wall to the northeast. The switch here leads to the red key. (sector 1253)
  4. In the red key cave, entering from Secret #3 will reveal a monster closet ahead of you. On Ultra-Violence or higher, there are three arch-viles. To get this secret, you need at least two arch-vile jumps to blast you over to the southwest wall or a rocket jump. When up there, get the invulnerability and energy cell pack. (sector 738)
  5. In the red key cave, get to the east side and look through a wall to the east to find a face tucked in there. Shoot it to lower the northeast wall which has rockets, a rocket launcher, and a box of rockets (two on Ultra-Violence or higher). (sector 703)
  6. In the field at the south end, head all the way to the northwest side and use the switch, then head east and north into the corridor. Take the lift up and you will get to a passage leading to the area with nukage and the blue key. (sector 1267)
  7. In the nukage area with the blue key, head to the east side and drop off to the west. Go through the slimefall near the teleporter to find a radiation suit and health bonuses. (sector 688)
  8. In the nukage area with the blue key, open the monster closets, then jump to the northernmost one and head west to find either energy cell packs and a backpack (Ultra-Violence or higher) or energy cells (lower settings). (sector 413)
  9. At the highest end of the right side of the arch bridge is an open alcove with an invulnerability, a megasphere, and either backpacks or energy cell packs depending on your skill setting. You will need arch-vile jumps or rocket jumps to get up here. (sector 1322)
  10. Follow the trail of health and armor bonuses leading northwest past the arch bridge. In the corridor, look to the south and spot a barrel behind the thin opening. Shooting it causes a chain of barrels to explode, killing a Commander Keen and opening the walls. Head south and at the end of the corridor, you will be on the northwest part of the arch bridge. Jump across to the east part and use the switch, which opens many of the walls to the north. Behind the walls there you will either find a super shotgun, boxes of shotgun shells, a megasphere on the south lift, a backpack, and a plasma gun to the north (all on Hurt Me Plenty or lower), or lots of energy cell packs, two megasphere, an invulnerability on the south lift, and a megasphere and a mega map to the north (Ultra-Violence or higher).
