- Head north into the hall filled with former humans and head west, then back east to the new area with imps and an arch-vile (not on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower). Look at the lights at the east wall and shoot the one that is dim on the east side to uncover a hidden button, which when pressed, opens the north wall leading to a megaarmor and medikits. (sector 818)
