I've removed a large chunk of the text. Unfortunately there's very little information to add about the port. I assume it's MBF based and may require a dos compatible system, I can't get it to run at all - Szymanski

The only important thing is this engine combine 3d floors/true 3d with maximum speed and maximum demo compatibility. The known problem to run in recent versions of windows is sound that don't work all. Try CDoom 2.06 and see if sound works in WIN2K NT.

Links

Why was CDoom removed from the idgames data base? CDoom files can be found here: http://ftp.mancubus.net/pub/idgames/source/. Should I add the links? --AXDOOMER

It's even on Sourceforge: http://sourceforge.net/projects/cdoom/ --AXDOOMER
Maybe ask that at the forum thread? [1]   Download links are usually healthy, yes (and if that server goes down, no one can miss them  :D    Ryan W (talk) 13:28, 10 April 2015 (UTC)

Drama

If the drama around this author is going to be documented, at least be accurate about it. I believe it is off-topic for an article about the source port itself, however. --Quasar (talk) 16:42, 20 November 2015 (CST)

Looks like his stuff was restored, anyway. ConSiGno (talk) 19:56, 20 November 2015 (CST)
