They are the same images as on the back cover, where they are labeled correctly (if memory serves they are E4M6, MAP12, and TNT 19). Release Date[edit]
The 2003 date must refer to a re-release, because I remember buying this in late-2001 or early-2002. The file dates on my copy of the CD are all from early September, 2001.
An article at Doomworld [1] and the Wikipedia article seem to support this, although I haven't found a definite date for the release in September (yet). CODOR 17:36, 7 September 2006 (UTC)

Is this trivia too trivial for the article?[edit]
I just noticed, on my freshly ebayed copy, that the screen shots of the left inner flap are in the wrong order. They are the same images as on the back cover, where they are labeled correctly (if memory serves they are E4M6, MAP12, and TNT 19). [2] [3] Ryan W 01:32, 3 February 2012 (UTC)
